the shower room is very very small, no hair conditioner, 3 in 1 shampoo body wash and hand wash is so useless specially for tangle hair after thermal spa. The pillow is a bit higher . Location is not in the town center but not faraway. Basic English style buffet breakfast in a good price . Service is good.

The hotel itself was good. It was clean and nicely furnished. However, the open shower flooded the entire bathroom and the TV's smart TV function didn't work were a drawback. The reception was nice, but we had to wait for help with the TV and then had to go to the booked meal. Unfortunately, the problem couldn't be resolved.

The location of the hotel is very good. There is free milk at the front desk. You can walk to the playground by the lake and the food street next to it! Highly recommended

Opposite the hotel, you can park for free, and a bottle of milk was given when you entered the store. The facilities are complete, clean and hygienic, but they said they had Chinese service, but when we arrived at the store, we were still greeted in English, so communication was a bit difficult.

The room is a bit small but it is enough for sleeping. I play outside during the day and go back to sleep at night. The duck down quilt is easy to shed. I don't know why.
